Selah Joy

Originally trained in classical ballet, Selah has redirected her focus towards contemporary dance, circus arts, yoga, butoh, and improvisation theatre. Her involvement with Playing with Fire has allowed her to showcase her talents not only throughout South Africa but also internationally in Europe, Canada, Namibia, Mauritius, Seychelles, and the Azores. Selah's passion lies in embodiment, exploring the alchemical connection between the physical and the unseen, drawing inspiration from nature. She is receptive to the present moment, actively engaged in crafting a joyful life. Through her art, Selah aims to radiate a sense of wholeness and healing, fostering unity in diversity while advocating for equality.
