Swimming Dragon Movement is a set of movements that activate and invigorate the body. The movements are usually used as a warm up for martial arts practice in the Chinese art Taiyi You Long Gong (swimming dragon skill). During this session Hans Menck will demonstrate all the movements and the participants follow the flow creating a harmonious unity. All movements are harmonized with breath and follow the principals of Qi Gong. Participants should leave the class well activated and invigorated.
