I’m a free-spirited German who spent my youth in Switzerland exploring ballet, music, and the outdoors. Later, I moved to Cape Town, where an inactive lifestyle left me feeling stuck. During the Covid lockdown, I transformed my life through daily yoga, exercise, healthy cooking, and nurturing habits like trail running, surfing, and mindfulness.
This journey not only improved my physical health but also taught me discipline, self-love, and mental resilience. Inspired by my transformation, I pursued studies in personal training, nutrition, and holistic health and became a yoga teacher, discovering a deep passion for empowering others.
