Advanced Yoga and breathwork training in Rishikesh, India in 2000 / 1 for 3 and half months. Started facilitating Yoga 18 years ago, my Breath of Life worshop 16 years ago. Online Breath Yoga was birth during Lockdown with classes presently in my "Dorp" Plettenberg Bay and soon to start weekly online classes. I've appeared on live on News24 Sunday 6am slot presenting Conscious Breathwork etc. There is an episode on Gaia.TV from the series The Outsider called Conscious Breathing (by Aumji Kistan) that's been on air for over a year.
