Amanda has been studying and teaching Yoga for 20 years at present. She chose the study of Yoga as she believed it held the answers to so many questions of being human and the world that surrounds us. She believes it’s answered this and so much more for her. Yoga is a gift to humanity, it is a practice that helps humans become the best version of themself. Her teachings draw from many traditions of Hatha Yoga in the form of Iyengar, Astanga and Prana Vinyasa, all of these help open a gateway into our inner freedom. Along with these traditions, she’s studied a multitude of philosophical understandings that help move one into mental freedom through meditation. With 20 years’ experience and over 10,000 hours of teaching, Amanda is forever a student of the incredible subject of Yoga and loves to share the keys to unlock our natural free state of being.
