Hooping is so much more than laughter and a good sweat. It’s the journey to your core physically and emotionally. A space of no mind to reconnect to one’s centre, to create neural pathways from right and left brain to body, releasing tense fascia all around the body. Connecting to one’s core improves sex life and who wants to pre in their pants when they get older which is especially true for women who have given childbirth. Laughing at ones self and persistence in learning the art are healthy healing attributes.
