Caterer Vender Application

We are a vegan/vegetarian, non-alcoholic and environmentally conscious festival. No single use items may be used to serve meals or beverages.

Attendees will bring their own plates/bowls/utensils/mugs. There will be wash stations available for caterers and attendees. Please let us know of other ways you would be able to assist by reducing your stall’s waste.

Caterer Vendor stand Options

Option 1:
Bring Own Tent
4m x 6m space
Includes: 4 x entrance tickets – 24 metre square space with electrical supply
Cost: R6,500

Option 2:
Stretch Tent Provided
4m x 6m space
Includes: 4 x entrance tickets – 24 metre square space with electrical supply
If you choose this option we will arrange a 7.5/10 stretch tent @ R35 per square meter e.x vat
Cost: R6,500 + R3,020 (Total R9,500)

Option 3:
Beverages Only
2.5m x 5m Tables inside chill area with electrical supply
Includes: 2 x entrance tickets & 2 x tables
Cost: R3,850

Please supply a sample festival menu and include prices. Also specify any beverages and snacks that you may be looking to provide for prior approval - no glass bottles can be sold (or given away) - no water may be sold by any caterers.
